the HEALTH2WELLBEING approach

Health2Wellbeing envisions a world where people are healthy, communities are connected, and we live in a system that prioritizes wellbeing.

Health, wellbeing, connectedness

We live in a hyperconnected world but lack meaningful human connections. At H2W, we're focused on helping people and organizations make choices that support health, foster togetherness, and facilitate wellbeing.

Science to action

At H2W, we're dedicated to a scientific approach for positive change that includes validated assessments, tailored action plans, and evidence-based strategies from decades of research.

Wellbeing for all

H2W embraces a wellbeing-for-all perspective focused on driving change at multiple levels - healthy people, nurturing workplaces, thriving communities, and systems of wellbeing.

About Health2Wellbeing

Thanks for visiting! I am Anjali Rameshbabu, social-health psychologist and founder of Health2Wellbeing.

I have a PhD in Psychology,  Masters in Health Psychology, and a Certificate in Public Health from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with a Masters in Psychology from India. I have conducted research on positive behavior change and health promotion, and help disseminate evidence-based solutions for organizational change and employee wellbeing. The only reason all this seems important to share is this - I understand human behavior well, I'm experienced in applying science for positive change, and I love working with people to bring about lasting health and wellbeing

Why I started Health2Wellbeing: There are at least 3 reasons. First, behavior science has produced decades of evidence and strategies that can help prevent illness and promote health, but most of that research doesn't get utilized. I started H2W with a mission to deliver the best that science has to offer into the hands of people, families, employers, and communities, so everyone can be empowered to pursue wellbeing. Next, as a social-health psychologist, I'm deeply concerned about the loneliness epidemic - not only is it unhealthy, the lack of meaningful social connections and support in our lives keeps us from thriving as individuals and as a society. I'm determined to bring about wellbeing by helping to foster healthy behaviors and togetherness. Finally, as human beings, our ability to be healthy and pursue wellbeing is inherently dependent on the culture, society, and systems we live in. This means that if we want to spread wellbeing, change must happen at various levels. My dream for Health2Wellbeing is to help build strong societies where people can live healthy lives, feel nurtured by their workplaces, and supported by their communities.
